I know this has been mentioned in this thread before, but I cant find it now. Im spending too much with checkers so no worth while buying electricity from them anymore.
Would i still get online earn if buying electricty directly from the FNB website? Or is it a black hole of nothingness?

My item still taking sweet time. Doesnt show online and then called and told still processing.

My orders were suppose to be delivered yesterday. Where and how can I track the shipping or order. Not finding anything on the ebucks site.

1. Log into ebucks (top right of webpage)
2. Go to ebucks shop
3. Under your profile name (where login was) - top right - click on drop down and track my order.

Anybody ordered multiple different items in a single order from ebucks? One of my orders had a TV and a harddrive together. The harddrive was delivered (as package 1 of 1), but not the TV. The tracking email just says that the order was delivered, not the specific items. Has anybody else had their ebucks orders split up like this?

I have not received anything, but the electronic system did split my orders,

I phoned ebucks and after speaking to them the order updated 30min later to include all items in single order again - per original purchase,
The lady on the phone said it was to do with stock/long lead items and getting orders delivered. .

Would say if order split and each order is unique -i.e. new order number for split or package 1of2 and 2of2 then ok, else possible issues - and would call/email them to sort out.

Called in. They said it's with the courier still but couldn't provide the tracking number. Should probably get it tomorrow or Thursday, but theres no way of tracking it currently.

I didn't notice that at first either

I think it's bad website design, as the drop-down list has different options when on the ebucks section and on the shop section

And there's still no search box on the new website

Did you get any sms from dawn wing? or just from the ebucks store?

Dawn Wing is notoriously poor with communication and than have a kak attitude when they rock up at the door and nobody is home.

Oddly my eBucks order came from ParcelNinja this morning, first I ever heard of them.

Exactly the same with me. Book that was part of the order arrived today (parcel 1of1) But the television was a no show. Fekkers. Sent them a mail, will follow up tomorrow.

AH Its all the airports you just need to type the name! Silly me!

Does the 40% cover the entire ticket. or are taxes excluded...

Maybe what I should be asking is the following;

I see a ticket for R10k discount will apply, will there be additional costs, etc?


They charge R300 booking fee for international flights. Local flights, there is some sort of sliding scale on the booking costs - that's at least the way it was when I booked an international multi city flight earlier this year. I booked emirates via ebucks so got 40% off the base rate (not the taxes etc.). You must use atleast R500 worth of ebucks to make part payment on international economy flights.....

Thanks, never noticed that... Was it there immediately after the redesign or added afterward?

An online store should place search front and center, the search box should be prominent and not hidden behind a small icon off to the edge of the screen

I believe it was there from the start, but it’s not global which is also daft and why one would miss it.

Previously it was there on every page.
