You can phone in to do that. Had upgrade to cheque account , then phoned for the credit card.

my banker recommended i upgrade my credit card first, as he advised that the credit card is the stricter and more likely one to be rejected ... once that's upgraded then it was quick to align the cheque account to the new upgraded level.

Sorry guys I do remember reading it but just can't seem to find it, the offer on the app to upgrade to pc credit card is only for the credit card right? But how do I go about getting the pc cheque card as well?

When I upgraded to Premier 3 months ago I upgraded the credit card through the offer then right after I upgraded the Cheque right on the app. It’s so much easier doing everything on the app instead of having to call and speak to a human being. Also upgrade the credit first

Thanks for the replies. Yip much easier via app. For those on Islamic Accounts, was it necessary to convert the account back to Islamic banking after upgrading both cards via the app?

I did credit on app and cheque thereafter telephonically, so I just mentioned on the phone that I wanted the upgraded cheque account to be Islamic.

I never got the cheque offer on the app.

- In-store shopping: Credit Card / Fusion
- Checkers & Shoprite
- Engen fuel (R15.24 per litre)

Also spend R209 on "FNB Connect contract, prepaid airtime and LTE"

Check the calculator.
Make sure you max the different categories.

I have a gold cheque account and gold credit card, if I only upgrade my gold CC to a PC CC(better interest rates) would I still earn the ebucks. The image below shows ebucks will be earned for total spent on gold CC. Would I receive any ebucks for having a PC CC?

You have to do both or you don't get max benefit.

I would just try again. Sure you didn't enter incorrectly? Sometimes those POS things have messed up buttons.

A lot faster now, typically 30mins to an hour max I think, sometimes almost instant after payment at checkers.

They also removed the service fee which was like around R8 or something, you must just buy more than R500 if you want to checkout with scode
