If only it were possible to buy a unipin online using a Dischem voucher. That would be bliss.

Dischem is shooting them in the foot with that one (even in stores), read the terms and conditions (no elec allowed).

I’ve visited almost every Dischem around Cape Town. Canal walk is the only one that worked so far.

Chances are they dont know how to access the menu, yesterday the lady that assisted didnt know but called a manager over to assist and was shown how to find it.

How many eBucks am I supposed to receive if I bought something for R2600 at Makro?

Partner earn from Makro would be eBucks worth R19.50 since the partner earn rate is 0.75%. Then you'd earn for a normal swipe on top of that, so depends on your package and level.

It would depend on what was purchased. Makro has lots of limitations i.e. no earn on food items etc.

Brilliant

I should be able to now use Samsung Pay at Checkers using my S9+ and MST with my FNB credit card.

Slowly but surely I will have less need for my wallet.

So with MST you just imitate the swipe action against the card reader? Does NFC need to be on for this?

During the time Samsung Pay is active it automatically switches o n the NFC.

No, you hold it against the screen or near the swipe section for a few seconds. Most of the times (when I tested it with Absa) it didn't work if I just tapped it. So hold it for a few seconds on the terminal.
