On the app or on the website?
I initially had an error when processing payment on the app. Turns it it was my app limit for ebucks purchases was too low. Called the ebucks support desk and requested them to make the limit higher.

I think you can only add more than 1 item on the website. Not on the app.

Only weekdays its normally max of 2 working days delivery if you in main area.
