It is worth 1000 points on Private Wealth.'

There are 2 options for a FNBy account - savings or cheque.

I am getting mixed feedback from eBucks support that either it is for any FNBy account, or only applicable to the FNBy cheque account.

The rebate is only for device taken before the end of june for duration of contract.

The way I understand it is that contracts taken out on or before 30 June 2018 will still qualify for the rebate.

The amount on which you earn eBucks is limited to a combined total monthly rand spend (on qualifying Smart Device contracts only) of R500.
Qualifying Smart Devices are limited to laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Only applicable to qualifying Smart Device contracts taken out on or before 30 June 2018

Nope, but your account has to be in good standing meaning that you must at least pay the minimum amount before the required date.

I bought some Old Khaki vouchers this morning and it is still showing as pending in the app. The call center said that it can take up to 24hrs to reflect, however I always received it instantly before.

Did the amount come through correctly?

I. E. If buying R1000 with 40% off did the email purchase notification say eb6000 for R600 voucher or R1000 voucher?
Had issues yesterday.. Got correct sms voucher but app and email was wrong
