Do I really need to withdraw cash via till in order earn this points (your cash on till is higher than ATM withdrawal). I really dont want to withdraw cash on till via credit card as it charge interest immediately. I will spot money to capitec account/wechat to withdraw cash (no cash on till or no FNB atm withdrawal). I hope I will still get the points.

Use your cheque card to draw cash, not your CC.

Easypay paid at 5pm reflect by 8am this next day, pretty quick if you ask me... no idea about pay@
