What is the best way to upgrade from Premier to PC?

I want to move over, but to the "Private Clients Young Professionals" account they mention on the eBucks website under qualifying requirements for PC to earn eBucks. There is no info about PC Young Professionals, only Premier Young Professionals. So I phoned them, and its a nightmare. I phoned the private banking line, and after about 3 attempts I first got someone who confirmed that the PC young professionals info is not yet on the website. They said it must be set up manually, and the 'banker' will phone me back. I have been waiting more than 2 weeks now for 3 bankers to phone me back.

The PC young professionals just have a lower deposit required per month to qualify for eB. But if you have deposits more than R32500 into your account per month you can just apply for normal PC account.

I think the best way will probably be just applying through the app.

I even went to the bank with my query and they said I must try to message my team of bankers on the app. They are pretty clueless, and gave me a number to phone, which ended up being to FNB business banking line, who transferred me to Premier Suite, who then transferred me to Private. Still haven't completed my upgrade, I will most likely just get the normal PC account from "offers for you" on the app, and then make up the deposit deficit with EFTs.

actually better then pnp is moving to makro once cap is reached. Makro has much better prices and also a reward program (Mcard)
