They're busy flapping around a bit at the moment as they offered me a fusion facility with less than half my current facility limit, and then wanted me to fill in a bunch of forms to apply for the same limit as I have now.
I refused, said they already know everything they need to know about me, and it wasn't worth the effort.

LOL ! you know that FICA requirements expires for every client. If you apply for ANYTHING new, that is standard procedure.

It still counts. If your account change in ANY way, even a Credit Card increase, it requires documentation.

Yeah I know.

They have all my docs though, from a FICA point of view. They wanted me to do a balance sheet and all that. Stuff that, I'd rather keep the accounts as they are than go through that exercise.

What happens if you switch to the Fusion product? Do you get a new account number, cards etc?

I really don't want to have to update all my details if I move over to the Fusion thing.

I am hoping that they link all my cards and what not to the one account without changing anything on my end.

I use 170 litres per month

My largest categories in the past have been fuel, Uber and Checkers

best is to take total fuel spend and divide by about R16 or put it into the calculator and should tell you how much you will get.

Has anyone been able to buy something from the eBucks store since they did the upgrade on the weekend?
I have been trying since last night and after accepting the purchase in the app the eBucks website just redirects back to my cart.

Had some problems also, they even took my ebucks but no order was created. Waiting for a refund now.

Purchased something else this morning and it worked.

This is correct. For PC, the rules clearly states that "Qualifying financial transactions include payments, transfers and purchases, but exclude debit orders, inter-account transfers, deposits and the viewing of accounts."
