ITS NOT THE SAME, THE LEVELS ARE NOT THE SAME! Rant over

There should be a time-out for anything who still thinks that Kauai is related to your eBucks level! Seriously, read the rules. Topic on Kauai closed.

Meh, I didn't spend as much as I thought I would now I'm on Level 4 :(

Anyone have any idea how much the Will costs at FNB and what exactly it requires?

I have my will at FNB. To draft the will is free, FNB will provide you with a template. To store the will, costs R100 a year. (There is also a 5 year payment option). One of the conditions though, is that FNB must be the executor of the will. I don't have a problem with this as any will needs an executor. All can be done online. Must be one of the easiest ways to earn eBucks points.

Yeah, applied on Monday signed in the branch Saturday handed it in and got the points. I will worry about the executor at a later stage when I have more wealth now FNB is fine.

I don't follow.

Log into your FNB online, go to settings (you will see buying caps to do transactions).

If you want to buy something and you have enough eb (but cant check out, that is the reason why), just change the caps (via the settings), problem solved

Anybody else with issues on "Non-Engen" Fuel spend? I was actively aiming for the double-up quarterly promotion, but see I dit NOT qualify due to "228.46" Non-Engen spend :(
Traced the entries & they relate to my wife's "daily fix" at Seattle Coffee (linked to a Caltex Service Station)... Strangely, not all her spend , just selected transactions
I had a feeling this was going to happen, & raised a query last month on Non Engen Fuel spend, but only got back generic meaningless statements such as "you dont earn eBucks on Non-Engen Fuel", no matter how many times I tried to explain WHY I was concerned!

Are there different reward levels?

According to the terms of use in the app, "the benefit is based on your reward level".

The rule you posted earlier is qualifying criteria. So, if you don't have 100% spend on cc you don't get a voucher. 100% on cc and you'll get a voucher but the value will be based on your level?

Unless I'm reading it wrong or have missed something, which is most likely.

Same happened to me with the revolving loan. I thought maybe it was because the money wasn't out of the account for long enough...
The revolving loan points require your average balance to have been at least 40% of your limit. So owe them at least 40% for the entire month, or 80% for half the month and 0%.
Written so that FNB is at least sure they make money from the revolving loan before you get points.

The "Double up your fuel with Engen" says I am not qualified for July when I clearly am. Have emailed them.

I had a feeling this might be an issue and decided not to use any forecourt shops at non Engen garages or only use cash if I had to buy something.

Going to be a mission to get this sorted for everyone that might be affected.

Bleh Kauai vouchers only use able at participating stores, many of which are inside a Virgin Active which is member only accessible. Sux, is there anyway for non membes to buy stuff at a Kauai inside a Virgin Active?

If you have a R100 voucher must it be spent all at once?

I was also wondering about this in terms of 100% cc spend.

Phone ebucks call centre and then submit your wife's slips for seattle coffee as proof.... That should solve your problem....

I recall something about the product you're on too - i.e. Gold account level 5 wouldn't get the full R100 voucher

Yep, just noticed they claim I spent R36 on non-engen fuel...

It is related to reward level.

Level 1 only gets a small hot drink all the way up to level 5 which gives you a R100 voucher
