Need to buy something. Have enough ebucks and went right to the end but discount is not being applied.

I'm trying to understand how to Engen benefit works. I have a Gold cheque account, I'm on reward level 2, so I should get 25c per litre, right? But "The amount on which you earn eBucks is limited to 20% of your total monthly qualifying FNB Gold Cheque Card spend". So say my qualifying monthly spend is R500, and I buy 10 litres of 93 fuel at Engen, which comes to R158.80. But I can only earn ebucks on a fuel spend of R100 - 20% of my R500 monthly spend. So do they say that's (100/R15.88=) 6.3 litres and give me 25c per litre on 6 litres?

Agreed. Voucher requests/swops should go in the voucher thread. Its got nothing to do with boosting eBucks.

I’m on the line with ebucks. They say it should be 40% and can’t understand why items are not showing. Can anyone else see the discount on items assuming you have the required ebucks?

I have enough ebucks for everything in the deals section.

Only 2 x lights, 1 x drill/driver and 1 x duffle bag showing 40% off.

I asked the consultant to login to her own app and check and she is bewildered as all are supposed to show as discounted

Ok the consultant checked with the EBucks Shop manager and apparently going forward ALL deals are not discounted only the ones that show the discount are discounted on the app. The others will only have the normal savings. so right now it is the drill, duffel bag etc. I am pretty sure that in the past all deals on app were 40% off. It appears that they have now changed the way the App deals work.
