I have a business profile and a personal profile. If I buy from the business profile I get 15% off electricity (also off airtime) I’m on PC so my cap is R1000.. but it still a decent saving!

Yep only 200 ebucks due to credit card upgrade problem. :(
Definitely don't accept that. I upgraded mid month, had my CC balance transferred to my new CC account and earned ebucks on the full spend. I didn't have the overdue amount issue though, but they need to fix that as it wasn't your fault

Hmm sure it is a risk but you are ****** either way. If they have enough time to do transactions etc they might as well force you to provide the password or pin code to your card. I rather keep my daily limits low and use the convenience of biometrics. They are unlikely to use transfers but rather ewallet or prepaid type transactions, which are daily limited anyway.
The problem here, is that it is easy to increase daily limits in the app? I think they may ask for a card number for extra verification, but most likely you are screwed either way

Ah man, I got shafted this month. I don't remember the last time I dropped to level 4, but here I am.

Track my rewards claimed I was on level 5. Come this morning it says level 4 for Novembers earn. To top that off, the calculator says one thing, and track my rewards says another, but both agree that I have dropped to 4 after the earn has come through. Track my rewards says I have a red credit status (lol), and the calc says I didn't have enough dosh in my savings pocket, or grow it by R500.

The calculator is right in this case, as expected. But FML, if I'd known I'd be short of 500 points, I would have made a plan. I feel so let down by the tracking that doesn't track :| I have complained, but I know I won't get level 5.

For the love of @#@#$@#$@#$ .... Remove or forget about the track my rewards and do things manually. You can only blame yourself here !

Yeah I know, but it stings man :( I started trusting it because it was reliable up until now. Things go pear when it involves the savings part it seems.

I am still doing it manually ! To many BUGS on FNB's side still. As the saying goes "As die spyker nie hard genoeg steek nie, gaan n mens ook nie leer nie ne".

Make a spreadsheet with everything you need to do ... example:

1) Cash at Tills
2) R500 to savings
etc !

Do it manually (no jokes).

You should know by now to never trust the Track My Rewards. It's barely ever correct.
