Website says I've earned 21,000 odd this month but only an additional 10,000 odd are showing on my total? Is this normal, does it take time to reflect the whole amount?

Edit: Looking at it now I'm assuming the 10,000 odd is my 10,500 smart spend?

Yes, on the dashboard the total amount mentioned is including the smart spend.

I will log a request with the ebucks team to look into this they take 5-7 business days to provide feedback. Now I will have to wait :(

Okay, so my Nov allocation is 21,000 and they've given me 10,500, when does the rest of the monthly allocation of 21,000 usually show? Is it normal they do it like this in stages? I've never really noticed this before.

Your smart spend ebucks should be already assigned to you during the month of November so you won't be getting any more from that calculated amount.

Wow how did you earn eB10500 in smart spend? In any event, your November smart spend would have been awarded back in November and that's what your dashboard is including surely.

R40k smart spend. I'm as surprised as you, but I did have some big one off outlays last month.

Yesterday my balance showed as 19,000eb and no notification of Nov spend yet. Today it shows my ebucks earned for Nov is 21,000 (including 10,500 smart spend), but balance has increased to only 29,000eb.

So I'm "missing" about 11,000 from my available total which I'm assuming is still to be added at some stage.

Ah man, I got shafted this month. I don't remember the last time I dropped to level 4, but here I am.

Track my rewards claimed I was on level 5. Come this morning it says level 4 for Novembers earn. To top that off, the calculator says one thing, and track my rewards says another, but both agree that I have dropped to 4 after the earn has come through. Track my rewards says I have a red credit status (lol), and the calc says I didn't have enough dosh in my savings pocket, or grow it by R500.

The calculator is right in this case, as expected. But FML, if I'd known I'd be short of 500 points, I would have made a plan. I feel so let down by the tracking that doesn't track :| I have complained, but I know I won't get level 5.

For the love of @#@#$@#$@#$ .... Remove or forget about the track my rewards and do things manually. You can only blame yourself here !

What is the point of them having it on the app then? Surely they should be able to keep it live?

LOL, welcome to FNB systems, as it aint one big system. Example, credit card spending gets updated, then another one then another one feeding another etc.

So if you hit level 4 and not 5, blame yourself.

Me too, I dropped to level 4 because of this.

I dropped points because I transferred to the savings account on the 30/11/2020 and it only reflected on the 1/12/2020 according to FNB.

It's better than it was, which is that nothing was tracked during the month.
At least this way you can see the last date data was updated, and you can monitor your own activity from that date forwards.

There's plenty of 40% off deals. Mostly household cleaning and toothbrushes though.
