Satisfied? Is it our right that Ebucks put up specials today, due to their advertising?
Or, is it understandable that they cannot fulfill and honour their advert today?

The track my rewards points for the overdraft is based on the previous month.Hello eBucks peeps
Please help!!!
Do you think I have a case here, should I log it? I am 500 points short of level 5 and I am pretty sure I used the overdraft. Below I have attached contradicting statements for November, one saying I used the overdraft and another saying otherwise, one web and another on the app:

Hi, yes I am looking at the archived calculator for last month. The track my rewards points for the overdraft is based on the previous month.
Can you please send me the details on how to join the groups. Thanks.Or join one of the whatsapp groups so that you get notified quickly when the items go on sale![]()
Just checked, no negative amounts, but I have never had negative amounts on my statements and I have always received these points.Check bank account statement somewhere along line should say minus amount. It needs be in minus at around 12am once, but sometimes over weekend or public holiday it needs be there for a bit longer
Previous month, as in October.Hi, yes I am looking at the archived calculator for last month.
Spousal gets you discounted pricing and you each benefit your spouse's ability to earn eBucks. So definitely supportive and not second classMy wife and I are both on premier bundle pricing. Our kids have fnby accounts but they are both linked to my wife's account so no brownie points for me.
Is there a way to link us all up as a family?Callcentre told me we must have spousal pricing option or physical linked accounts. Wife and I are pretty open about our finances but not sure if either of us wants to be on the spousal option. Kinda have a second class citizen ring to it.
Whats the pros and cons here?
All pros, no cons.My wife and I are both on premier bundle pricing. Our kids have fnby accounts but they are both linked to my wife's account so no brownie points for me.

same situation, it seems for the savings portion, it doesn't track in real time, I suppose it makes sense, since they only tracking points going up, they need to show drops in levels/points within the monthAh man, I got shafted this month. I don't remember the last time I dropped to level 4, but here I am.
Track my rewards claimed I was on level 5. Come this morning it says level 4 for Novembers earn. To top that off, the calculator says one thing, and track my rewards says another, but both agree that I have dropped to 4 after the earn has come through. Track my rewards says I have a red credit status (lol), and the calc says I didn't have enough dosh in my savings pocket, or grow it by R500.
The calculator is right in this case, as expected. But FML, if I'd known I'd be short of 500 points, I would have made a plan. I feel so let down by the tracking that doesn't track :| I have complained, but I know I won't get level 5.
There are a couple of items that aren't live. You need to select the item and it will indicate when last it was updated.same situation, it seems for the savings portion, it doesn't track in real time, I suppose it makes sense, since they only tracking points going up, they need to show drops in levels/points within the month
Only 30 days interest free instead of 55 days on a normal credit card. Not ebucks related so let me know if I should delete this post.
How is Fusion different to a normal gold credit card? From an ebucks perspective you earn more and I know that a fusion account still comes with a credit facility, but there has to be something different / worse about a fusion account right?
So can anyone tell me what the downside to choosing a fusion over a credit card is?
You can have both. I think the credit is free on most fusion packages, I know its free on PC and PW.Not ebucks related so let me know if I should delete this post.
