Yeah we have better things to do! As a result, I only spent eB27k +/- during November, and now I am back to a balance of eB250k :X3:
Yeah, I ended up buying my OLED TV using ebucks via Takealot. Seemed easier in the end and freed me from the relentless agony about my decision on how to use my ebucks as I really wanted a good TV.

There were plenty of good tvs on ebucks shop at 40% off since black Friday.
Granted the deals didn't stay up for long so you had to act fast if you wanted one.

Ja. I don't know what these guys are on about. Some were on there for days. As well as laptops, tablets, smartwatch, etc

You mean my 65" Samsung for R9000 doesn't meet with your approval?

LOL, not at all , though I have an OLED, so I guess it's the best (if overpriced ) .

I really had my eyes set on a QLED/NANOTV before deciding after countless reviews and in store visits to go for QLED. Q70 or better. Anyway, didn't know what was gonna happen with the ebucks store, specials, so bought my TV in the Takealot blue dot sale. Just decided fsck it, and bought an OLED, having been blown away but quality when in Makro. Of course , I had buyers remorse at 2am on 26/Nov when on the ebucks store I saw the 75" Q80T at 24K after discount. But I had already spent my ebucks to fund my TV

Anyhoo , after all the time I had spent on TVs, have to say my 65 OLED is fscking amazing (cost a pretty packet though). I know I will be a happy camper for years (or until it breaks).. it so awesome, I can watch it from my dining room , at a 20 -40 degree angle and the picture/colour purity is that same as if I was sitting in front of it.

PS. 9k for that 55q70T IIRC was a bloody steal.

Hi guys. Apologies if this has been asked before... If you have an iCloud and Apple Music account, does that count for 500 or 1000 points? Thanks

Definitely were good deals, would have jumped at them if i watch stuff on my TV more often and also if my 51 " plasma (don't laugh) wasn't cutting the mustard...

Won eB750

How long does the eBucks shop usually take to deliver appliances? I've been getting small deliveries very quickly after placing orders, but the dishwasher that I bought seems to be taking its time. I ordered the dishwasher tablets on the 11th and they were delivered today, but the dishwasher, which was ordered on the 9th, has an "acknowledged" status. I guess I've become impatient because they've been delivering the smaller items so quickly.

Edit: I should post more often. Despite the status being "acknowledged", they just dropped the machine off. Looks like it came directly from Hirsch's while all the other parcels came through the delivery partner, so I guess the difference in delivery time is to be expected.

My 2c on the BF deals in general:

I have no complaints about the number of items or what was in stock. There were plenty of deals to be had. If you missed out it was because *you* missed it, not that it was non-existent. Off the top of my head there were:

Wearables (I bought one)
Xiaomi products, including cellphones and Robot Vacuums (I bought one)
TVs
Playstation 4 bundle/Controller/Games
Xbox Series S
Soundbars/Speaker boxes
Apple products (iPad, iPhones, Watches, Apple TV)
Quite a few Samsung cellphones
Household cleaning products
Personal care products
Nappies/Baby wipes
Household appliances
Kitchen appliances
DIY appliances
Headphones (although not the Sony XM3/XM4 sadly)

I wanted a smartwatch and a robot vacuum for a long time and I got them both. Really difficult to complain about it.

The issue with it being dragged over 20 days and being loaded at random times is definitely something you could complain about... and maybe we all should. If they receive a batch of emails all with a simple complaint about how the deal rollout was implemented, maybe it would be enough for them to take action next year?

Hi guys,

Can anyone assist? What's the cap for Checkers on Premier and how exactly do you Max it out? Spent quite a chunk at Checkers last month and made tiny amount of eBucks even on Level 5.

Anything specific you need to be purchasing? Etc?

It needs to be 20% of your overall spend upto R2000/month.

Max spend is 2000. And for that you get 3000 ebucks if on RL5
