I actually done a payment after 5pm last day of the month (specifically waited for after 5) and it got counted in the same month of smart spend lol.So I was denied reward level 5 by 500 points. On my credit card statement Netflix shows as coming off on the 30th of November. Apparently, according to FNB it came off on Netflix's side on the 1st of December. I'm unable to comprehend how I'm supposed to control Netflix when it has not been an issue for months. I have subsequently changed the debit order date for Netflix but it seems ridiculous that FNB actually doesn't reflect properly for the end user.
