Does one also get 15% back paying your Municipal account via the EasyPay option? Will save me a trip to Checkers....
Why must you go to checkers if you can do it on the Clicks website?

Yes i know this but Im just wondering if any other fees are included when purchases electricity using different methods that could reduce the number of units you receive? Does R100 purchased via the different channels give you the same amount of units.
Via Clicks site: Units 166.7 kWh Token R 347.83 VAT R 52.17 = R400 worth

That is exactly how much i get on Snapscan. So if the units are the same, let me go over to clicks to atleast get more ebucks

It’s hard to “track my rewards” and know how much I need to spend to meet my smart spend targets if they only update the app once a month.

Will probably get back to normal next month (smart spend), so just go through your transactions in the app for now.

You can keep track of it on the calculator, an Excel sheet or even some old school pen and paper

Sure. It's just a bit odd as transactions are usually added after a couple of days. Now it's getting well over a week. But no big deal, it is what it is and it was handy for the lazy fsckers like me :p No doubt it'll be back to normal after the disruptions caused this month by the changes.

Anybody experiencing issues with using VC for online payments? Tried buying electricity this morning on the Clicks app but wouldn’t process the payment and tried earlier on Superbalist and done the same thing, eventually used my physical card and it went through immediately.

Both occasions I approved the payment on the app (said successfully approved), when I went back to the merchants site, it just said processing and then timed out

Has anyone struggled to get life insurance tier points? Issue seems to be wellness profile not picking up, despite completion. It's not showing in both areas where points can be earned.

Yep. Sent email to banker and she sent it on to eBucks - 7 to 10 business days turnaround time, so should get feedback next week some time.

Btw, also did not get eBucks for life cover premium.

Please can someone enlighten me on the smart category and the viewing.. The one where I earned points was last month and this month it says zero?
