Easiest way is to use this method on the Easypay site (https://new.easypay.co.za) and pay R20 then check next month on your statement:

91985 followed by your phone number followed by a random number from 0 to 9.

For example, my MTN Easypay is :
91985XXXXXXXXXX3 - obviously hiding my number with X's

Easypay site will tell you if it's a valid Easypay number.

Thanks, have you or anyone else managed to successfully pay an MTN account via easypay?

I converted my Mtn contract to cash but the latest invoice still doesn't have an easy pay number on it, the MTN call centre seemed to think they do support easypay payments.

Why are you hiding your number? Maybe someone here will pay your account for you. Anything for ebucks ;)

Eish - hope you never ever ever have to log a return for a Xiaomi product via the eBucks store...

Logged a return for a faulty Xiaomi vacuum (under warranty) as a warranty claim on the 19th of August.

1.) eBucks arranged a courier to collect, which they did.
2.) The next day another courier came for the same item that had already been collected (wtf?)
3.) Xiaomi (read Core) book the unit in, take about a week to assess it (only issue is the one attachment has a broken spring internally so it doesn't 'clip' in as it should)
4.) Then they try and bill me for a) replacement part + labour and b) courier costs
5.) Explain to eBucks staff member that it's under warranty, screenshot the invoice in my acc and the ad on their website stating as such (why they couldn't check this who knows)... and that I'm not paying for ****.
6.) They then relay this to Xiaomi - who check, confirm it's under warranty and have now back ordered the part.

No apologies, no sorry for wasting your time - just an indefinite wait for a part they've no ordered (2 weeks late, because they can't be arsed to check for warranty). What recourse / escalation do I have here - the service is beyond atrocious...

Any CPA limits on how long they can take for a repair?

Agree 100%
I did exactly the same years back - and on L5 since then.
I feel the exact opposite and I love my extra ebucks earn from moving from premier to PC.
And I even have a buffer, so I don't have to fluff around with the VC.
My banker is decidedly average though.

I moved from Private Client back to Premier and finally on level 5 again. Private banking is such a waste, I did get a proper interest rate for my car on Wesbank so that is probably a bonus.
It depends on your banking behavior.

I'm currently hitting the Checkers, fuel and Clicks caps on PC and level 5 with ease so it would make no sense to downgrade.
The new rules seem to make it a lot easier to hit level 5 IMO

Banker is soooo slow.

But, the Ebucks i earn on PC are worth it compared to premier

I ordered my prescription using a new Clicks process last month (you pay online and not using card machine). I see it didn't register as Clicks spend. Anyone experienced something similar? Wish there was a way to submit an eBucks query electronically rather than having to phone.

I think medicines and prescriptions are excluded

I have to contact support every month regarding my online clicks spend ... It appears on my statement oike PURCH http://www.clicks.c CARDNUM.
I was only successful last month to get my eB3000 , the rest of the times they always give a "made up" reason . I guess it depends on the consultant that gets your query.
