Yep. I booked a (manual) car for 4 days. Wed night to Sun morning.

Cheapest class available, including super waiver, came to R1185.

And you don't have to pay with Ebucks, which is a big win.

Gotta save those precious Ebucks for BF.

Is that R1185 for all 4 days oncl all fees and insurance?

As far as I know, yep. I included the Super Waiver excess. I think you just have to fill it up when dropping it off.

This is with Avis.

Looking at the Avis site right now, this is what the price is without the Ebucks discount.

For 4 days all inclusive what you paid is really good, that's at the level of those no name backyard operations with sketchy vehicles.

Have you booked any flights via eBucks Travel?

Yes, sadly you have to book at least one plane ticket via Ebucks to unlock the discount car hire.

You then book the car hire on the app. You will see "Car hire discount unlocked" or something like that.
