I'm still waiting on those delivery charge refunds, called them on Black Thursday, I keep looking but nothing yet on even an order placed on the same day
I received a sms on Monday that my delivery fee refund is being processed and that the eBucks should reflect in my eBucks account within 5 working days.

Nothing yet.
The shipping refund on my 2 orders came through today.

Did you have to log it or was it auto refunded? Im also owed for my 2 orders but I havent raised it.
Truth be told the deals I got were so good I am ok with not getting refunded.

One painless call to the EBucks call centre was all it took.

I logged a complaint via the eBucks website last week. Today I got an SMS, that the refund will be done within 10 working days.
I was also fine with not getting refunded as the deals were good, but was getting FOMO seeing everyone else querying. It was 3 x R73 so I guess it is something.

Also, i paid the delivery in Rands but the SMS said they will refund eBucks Maybe i score some eBucks in the process which would be a double bonus! It will probably be in Rands but here is to hoping....

Courier company asking me for TV license details over email before delivery, as well as consent letter if the the TV license is not mine.
This is utterly ridiculous.
Have already provided the TV license number to ebucks, and others have already received without idiotic letters.

LOL I recieved my TV and other items today.

No TV license was required on website nor had anyone else requested it. I guess they more strict with certain brands (I didnt get a samsung)

Anyway while I am on the topic, I received an extra item today with my delivery (I am too scared to mentioned it in case one of you is missing a kitchen appliance order).

I will give the ebucks a call and find out if I can keep it.

Edit:Want to include my first complaint, ordered on 25/11 BTW

The problem is, if we using TA as a benchmark then ebucks deliveries are bad.

I ordered on Thursday. I have had no update since Saturday which just says "Order enroute" And they provide no tracking number for you to see where exactly the delivery is.

After I called they said its with the courier but there is no tracking number yet and they will contact me once the delivery is ready. And gave me a sad story about black friday orders are expected to take 7 to 10 working days...

In the end I don't mind the wait just keep me in the loop like TA. So they get a 1 star from me this time.

Have also asked banker to get delivery fees reversed.
All of this after not getting my double ebucks on Engen spend for buying gas at Sasol and can't get the receipt (didn't try hard enough tbh).
Been a frustrating eBucks year, but still nothing better out there.

Lol, this specific TV is the Skyworth.
It will take me a few days to get this "consent letter" in order, really can't be bothered and would prefer eBucks use a different courier or refund the order.

Someone mentioned they just typed out the "consent letter" themselves and sent that, it worked.

That someone was me.

I typed the letter out and emailed it. Got verified the same night, called the next day to conform delivery and the following day it was delivered.
