Something is not right. It says im down to L3 from L5. I checked and I haven't gotten points for Smart budgets which I have set months ago and always got points and for credit status when i'm dark green?

Also dropped to L4 short of 500 points. I will have to call them as they never calculate the 500 points for the funeral plan and never felt the need to call them about it as I made L5 with no issues before

Also down to L4 , they didn't allocate the 1000 for FNBLife and I went from light Green credit to Amber :-(

Those that have dropped a level, give it a day or two and see if it corrects itself. Happened to me before and when I checked again, I was back to Lvl 5.

Side note - my streaming points have not been allocated yet for this month

Never received mine yet but have noticed that mine usually delayed by a few days after eBucks is allocated

I can confirm that the the R100 rule for non engen purchases for double fuel is working. I had a R95 car wash at total that I commented on here in October about and I didn't need to get a receipt, etc. Got my double fuel.

You must access smart budget to get the points.

I wish they could sort out the ebucks calculator , or at least make it more accurate/updated during the month.

On level 4 I'm actually paying them more than my eBucks reward :-(

no points for overdraft on private clients either, have dropped down to premier, easier to get points to get to RL5, spending overall has dropped anyway, so now is a good time to get out of debt and save on bank charges same time, i still come out ahead with premier vs private clients per my calcs, because its easier to get smart spend as limits are lower.
