Smart spend used to be updated about once a week.. We are now into day 16 with no update..So Smart Spend level only updates after the allocations? Not on the 1st of the month?

Yip mine used to update 3 - 4 times every month, but only one update was done at the beginning of this month. So will it turn over to 0 soon without me even seeing my month's spend?Smart spend used to be updated about once a week.. We are now into day 16 with no update..
You have one e-bucks reward level, either 1/2/3/4/5So Smart Spend level only updates after the allocations? Not on the 1st of the month?
Only if you are retired I read. Although this may be for whom it is aimed at, and not a requirement. If you or your parents are over 55 please make sure you or they are on primer select as the fees are only R90 per month and you get that back as a rebate if you have more than R10 000 in a savings account.
Don't think so.Smart spend work on your official level as at last monthly allocation run. It remain that until the next allocation run. Whatever happens in between is immaterial for smart spend.
YesNot sure if it was asked before but does debit orders on credit card count towards smart spend?
As the allocation period is different to the calendar month, this is very possible if you have changed levels from the one allocation to the next.Don't think so.
As last month I earned smart spend, some at lvl5 and some at lvl4
Yip mines also. It's split between the two for this month. Says so on the app as well.Don't think so.

Smart spend levels is not only updated monthly as you stated. As the allocation period is different to the calendar month, this is very possible if you have changed levels from the one allocation to the next.
What other level can be used? Please explain in detail.
Yip, that's why I was holding out this month for it to 'refresh' so I get all my smart spend on lvl 5.Yip mines also. It's split between the two for this month. Says so on the app as well.
"Smart spend level used" is updated once around the 10-15 th when allocation was done.Smart spend levels is not only updated monthly as you stated.![]()
Jirre I hate smartspend. Not even trying to follow that. Smartspend is the one ebucks thing I've never tried to come to grips with, just spend and hope for the best."Smart spend level used" is updated once around the 10-15 th when allocation was done.
Your example illustrate my point.
Assume this is December smart spend.
You were level 5 for October, updated 10-15 November on the system.
You were level 4 for November, updated 10-15 December on the system.
During December you hit levels 10 000, 20 000, 30 000 before the 10-15 dec update. So level 5 was used.
You hit levels 40000 and 50000 during the latter part of December, after your level was updated to 4, so level 4 was used. So it supports exactly what I said. Your smart spend uses your standard ebucks rewards level that is updated with the allocation, so updated once a month.
But yes, for a calendar month two different reward levels can be used (only if your reward level changes that month), one for early in a month, another for later in the month.
should be yesHi guys, hoping someone may be able to answer this question.
If I buy something from Clicks and part pay with ebucks and the rest on my credit card, will I still earn ebucks on the portion paid on the credit card?
