My comment about eBucks being in was sarcastic.
I think it is unfair of eBucks to take so long for Smart Spend to update. I checked the rules, there is no definite timeframe for updating but still, I think eBucks should update Smart Spend more often.

They do have this little sentence in the section: Earn eBucks with Smart Spend

eBucks awarded for Smart Spend will take 2 – 3 business days to reflect in your eBucks account.

My feeling is that they never managed to get their systems functioning properly with the previous set of rules; it has just gotten even worse when they introduced the current rules for both SmartSpend and monthly eBucks runs.

I read that sentence as "Once we have finally updated the Smart Spend and you did reach a certain tier, we will pay the eBucks reward into your account within 2-3 business days".

I do not see that sentence as saying they will update Smart Spend every 2-3 business days.

Yes, I agree with this.
Open Nav Money -> Credit Status.
Notice the waiting animation? That is backend calls that is taking too long.
FNB use to be the most innovative bank regarding technology. They have stagnated since then.

Piling more code on a old, outdated codebase, does not help.

Yup I use my full clicks cap on electricity and other rates and taxes
