What do you mean?

If you want to pay via fnb pay on the VCC. Search for "Cards" then tap FNB Pay. For some reason going in via FNB Pay direct the VCC doesn't show.
Even if you do that, it still selects your 'normal' credit card right at the end.

Yeah,

But isn't that asking you which account you want the VCC to draw down on? The VCC is not a new credit facility.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding the setup.

Something I noticed with FNBPay and VCC is the following.

On the ebucks shop I bought an item that sadly had R69 shipping fee. So as per usual I change the value of paying ebucks to that of the item, so that the shipping is paid in rands. One of the options is to use fnbpay, which then pops up automatically to make payment. It automatically selected a VCC for the payment. So thats good at least.

Why do you say that?
many people do not have kids or a spouse. these rules eliminate a large portion of their client base thus it is not optimal...for me that is.

further more, those "easy" 2000 points which i cannot acquire would require me to open up some other account which i do not want and put R36000 into it to try and make up for it. that money would be put to better use in my bonds.

1. The mobile SPs all allow for credit card payments. Be in touch with the contact centre and ask them to set up a recurring credit card deduction. Most insurers don't allow credit card payments - however if you want to move to Naked insurance, they only use credit cards.
2. Buy a cheap book (you can find for less than R5) from Google Play Books.
Is there a charge for the credit card deduction from fnb on your cc?

For this:

Have an FNB Fixed Deposit Account and/or a Savings and Investment Account(s) with a term of longer than 7 days and maintain a minimum balance of R13 500 in the account.

Would this include 7-day notice accounts as these are not strictly LONGER than 7 days?

Silly question, but has anyone tried to use a Wimpy voucher since restaurants can only serve takeout because of lockdown? AFAIK vouchers were only applicable for "sit down" and not take away, but now that option does not exist.
