Did it increase by atleast R300 (and you haven't taken anything out). You should get the points.

These don't update on track my rewards and only update when ebucks are allocated (around the 8th of the month)

I did the first deposit of R300 on the 11th of this month.

I have put R300 on FNBy account around the 15th. So if that’s the case then I will be in Level 5 tomorrow. When do they allocate the FNBy points?

I haven't received the points for the FNBy for the past three months, but it didn't affect my level and every time the consultant just says at least it didn't affect my level.

I did the first deposit of R300 on the 11th of this month.

As long as there were no withdrawals you'll be good. If you want to be safe, pop R5k in a money maximiser overnight.

For future peace of mind, have you guys seen any transactions for smart spend that clear really quickly? Wondering if there is something I could buy in the last 2 days of the month that would clear in time for month end if I was close to a smart spend band.. its very hard to plan spending. I have transactions that haven’t cleared since the 25th

My last spend was monday, and cleared this morning... and updated now!

I wonder what they are updating and why it has to be done at this time. I mean normally updates should be run from 00:00 - 05:00
