"Have at least one Savings and Investment Account and maintain a minimum monthly balance across your Savings and Investment Account(s)."
Does this include the tax free savings account?

I purchase prepaid electricity from the clicks app.

It is very convenient.

Not sure if you earn any ebucks though
15% on level 5, up to your cap.
Smart Spend thereafter
that would be nice? Does buying electricity from Checkers also reward in eBucks?
Yes it does - but make sure it's at a till point and not Money Market counter.
Also best to buy something (e.g. Coke or chocolate) in addition to the electricity purchase.

Saw one of those at an expo in NYC... many moons ago... i was buying a tshirt and gloves. That guy had a mountain of merchandise for himself and his family and a foreign accent... was cool to see in my "youth".
When I was in high school I was in NYC for a global student nerd thing and with us was what must have been the daughter of a Russian oligarch from Moscow. We were in a deli and she nearly lost her mind seeing Ceres fruit juice of all things. Whipped out black Amex card and bought the lot to send home.

VCC also giving issues with payfast.

Takes a few attempt to verify the CVV. It keeps on saying CVV incorrect, then on the 3rd try (using the same CVV) it works.

Im really hoping FNB can iron out these issues, thus far the VCC is much more effort than using a normal CC

I added the vcc to the engine1 app. Didn’t work
Used it for a PayPal payment and didn’t work again
Haven’t had a chance to use it anywhere else

The extent some will go to, to justify buying junk food...

I could not get VCC to work with Sweep south. Never took the error down and could not log a issue with out that.
I loaded it, but when needed the payment did not go through, such a hassle that I had to call Sweepsouth to ensure I didn't lose my appointment for non payment.
This VCC is proving quite a shlep

I upgraded to Premier over the phone now. The consultant who assisted me was very good. So now let's see if upgrading on the 1st is a good idea or not
During the upgrade did they mention anything about new credit vetting or adjustments regarding your overdraft or CC limit?

Considering the better rewards you get, going from Gold to Premier is actually decent value even if we weren't being forced to upgrade for ebucks, the combined cheque and cc fees are only an extra R60 odd a month and the reach lvl 5 is not particularly hard.

Would just a savings pocket with a balance above R13500 fulfill the requirements for the points below:
"Maintain a monthly balance of at least R13 500 across your FNB Savings and Investment Accounts that are accessible within 7 days to help you save for emergencies without incurring early withdrawal fees."

No, nothing needed to be vetted or adjusted. All limits and interest rates remained the same as per my request. They did offer to increase limits but I declined.

You do have the option to submit the credit account for a review on the interest rate, but she said that there's a chance it can go up or down, so I just left it as is.

I also upgraded this morning. No vetting needed and also declined the limit increases. The agent really wanted me to increase the Fusion limit of R1000, asked me 4 times.

Are you able to setup the delivery of your cards? I get an error after confirming the delivery address.

Wow I'm so tempted to upgrade today to PC, but don't want the Clicks triple earn to be screwed up. Need to stay strong and wait for the allocation.
