I upgraded to Premier over the phone now. The consultant who assisted me was very good. So now let's see if upgrading on the 1st is a good idea or not
The last time I upgraded, I did it on the app and it was instant. Upgraded from Private Client to Gold.

Looking at the new points, I see I will klap 12'000 easily and Level 5 is only 11'000. The new Aspire rewards are not worth it.

I was worried about doing it on the app in case something went wonky, so I wanted a human to make sure all went through properly. I actually wanted to go to the branch but wasn't able to

I think the app is on a wobble tonight with people upgrading.

I just applied on the app for an upgrade, got an offer and declined to just double-check the personal interest rate against my account and confirm my affordability. The offer was 1% better (but still kak)

Went in again, correct the affordability, opted out of all credit cold calls and I was declined. I suspect it was because I opted out of all credit sales communications this time.

I will try again end of the month as I've been tossing all my money into my financed car and settling next week so that will change my affordability from 20% of my salary going into debt repayments down to 13% (overdraft & bond).

Might be dumb question but for us that upgraded today how would we know that we are on the (non fusion) Premier Bundle option and not just the normal two different accounts on Premier.
Or does having both your Current Account and Credit Card on Premier automatically set you to the Bundle pricing?

There's a live chat option on the app and the website - ask them?

I asked the agent for the total monthly fee when I upgraded. Check the pricing option in the customer agreement for your cheque account, mine says bundled pricing option.

VCC also giving issues with payfast.

Takes a few attempt to verify the CVV. It keeps on saying CVV incorrect, then on the 3rd try (using the same CVV) it works.

Im really hoping FNB can iron out these issues, thus far the VCC is much more effort than using a normal CC
I still struggle to understand how the vcc is easier to use if the cvv changes every hour? Meaning we can't store cc details on any site as the cvv will be wrong the next time. It's a bit stupid tbh, incontact was good enough security imho.

Hmmm, the app doesn't actually specify this. It just says Premier. The only way I know for sure that mine is Fusion is because I asked the consultant to confirm about a zillion times on the phone.

That was my concern. And because I had to do the update today, I didn't want to chance it! Well done on settling your car finance

Most websites/services only need the CVV the first time. All payments after that is authorised automatically. Like Netflix, YT Premium, Spotify etc.
Some does need a fresh CVV everytime, but I don't have any of that on my side.

Does anyone have an excel ebucks behaviour points tracker/checklist they designed and willing to share?

Just upgraded to Premier today, gonna take some time to keep up with some of these behaviours. A tracking checklist would be cool to use monthly to hit the buckets.
