I asked the agent for the total monthly fee when I upgraded. Check the pricing option in the customer agreement for your cheque account, mine says bundled pricing option.

When I check the View Fees I get a 54 page pdf that only states FNB Premier Pricing Guide, not the 34 pages Bundle option :X3:
And I see my CC still shows as Aspire and not Premier :oops:

Will have to phone tomorrow and hear wtf is going on.

Are you checking the credit agreement that was emailed to you after you upgraded? My Fusion is 19 pages and credit card is 7 pages.

I have a Gold and Premier credit card on the app, no Aspire.

See that might be the problem. I only received one for the credit card (6 pages) but it shows as stand alone R75 fee, and no documentations for the current account. But that is on Premier and the credit card not :unsure:

Does anyone have an excel ebucks behaviour points tracker/checklist they designed and willing to share?

Just upgraded to Premier today, gonna take some time to keep up with some of these behaviours. A tracking checklist would be cool to use monthly to hit the buckets.
Why not use the provided calculator?

Anybody else also notice that when paying using VC is takes a while to reflecting on your statement? I had payments go off today, got the in contact messages but nothing under pending transactions for them yet

I played around on the new calculator and I can maintain lvl 5 without having to mess around with using the VCC.

How do you use your VCC for tap to pay? My FNB app doesn't allow me to select my VCC, only my normal CC.

I still struggle to understand how the vcc is easier to use if the cvv changes every hour? Meaning we can't store cc details on any site as the cvv will be wrong the next time. It's a bit stupid tbh, incontact was good enough security imho.
It's not easier to use.

Thus far its an added complication to your life for the benifit of FNB.

Unfortunately online card fraud is real. I've been a victim a couple of times. I even apparently once spent time at an Airbnb in Indonesia, which I really wish had been legit.

A website will never store a CVV (AFAIK they not allowed to with PCI) , they should do a small authorization charge then they get a token from the bank for recurring payments.

just hope FNB can iron out the issues.

Im having issues with UBER & Bolt, seems like Checkers 60 & Sweepsouth is not easy either.

Tap to pay doesnt work

With in contact how are people going to Rob you? How will they be able to log in to your account to authorize? There's no need for this honestly.

Wish, Ali express and a few international online companies do not request authorisation. When you press buy, money is out from saved cc immediately.
No app authorisation necessary.

I had a R4k purchase on my cc from Wish years ago. Learnt my lesson on both cc fraud and Wish.com. Luckily fnb assisted to reverse transaction.
