From the ebucks point of view, the fusion bundle always wins. The fusion card has its own credit facility but you can always opt for the lower limit. This bundle also includes a separate credit card/s. This combo will ensure that you collect all the ebucks points available. You can also use a fusion card to make purchases without losing any ebucks points.

word of advice,

Dont upgrade,
its a ****up of note... I dont use my cheque (i actually cut it up to avoid accidently using it) and did the CC upgrade last week.
Been without a card since. I have managed to scan to pay at checkers and engen so far. But cant do anything else . DSV hung up on the FNB consultant that called them on my behalf,


I know cutting up my cheque card was my own stupidity... but still , over 6 working days to replace a card?

So do they cancel your current cc immediately when you upgrade?

I've resigned myself to the fact that I won't earn ebucks for July after reading the posts lol.. Anything will be a bonus lol

move streaming to VCC - not sure how

Mine is still working. Similar to when I got new card when my previous CC was expiring, got cancelled as soon as I activated the new one, reckon it will work the same.

No, they just transfer your outstanding balance to the new card. My old credit card and virtual cards on the old credit card still work. I'm haven't received my new cards yet

When i tried swiping it, Insufficient funds. In checkers, with a trolly full of groceries.

Luckily i could create a VCC and scan to pay. Luckily it was in checkers.

Regarding moving Netflix on to VCC.
Is it just a once off setup with the VCC or does it somehow have to be done monthly because the cvv changes?

Eish sounds like I will have to draw some cash before I upgrade just to be safe

ive never used scan to pay before. Do you just tell the cashier that you would like to use Scan to pay at the till ?

Yes but they won't know what you talking about and just activate the normal card payment. I gave up lol

Does anyone know if you get 15% back on fnb funeral policies?
The ebucks site only mentions moving reward levels, but the fnb funeral policy page says that you earn ebucks. Just wondering if its old outdated info. Even the 2020 rules didnt have earning 15% back of premiums.
