So I have been trying to get my wife's gold acc upgraded and linked (spousal) from last week. tried messaging on the app, called the premier call centre, got referred tot he gold call centre, was told they would call back since spousal accounts are different.
I decided to go into the branch yesterday to get it all done, was a much better route since I was able to get my first fnbY account unblocked, upgraded and linked my wife's acc and opened up a second fnbY acc to link to hers.
.... should be all set for L5 now
