Sorry I’m not being very clear - I want to earn ebucks, which means I must show them ebucks card when I pay with my premier Cheque card right? Can I also give them my clicks card, or is it one or the other?

You pay with your FNB card as per normal to earn ebucks.
You give them your Clicks card if you want to earn Clicks clubcard points as well.

Do you mean to collect points? I thought you would use clicks card and FNB card (for payment?) No need to give Ebucks card also?

You need to do the following :

• If your vehicle is financed with WesBank (and affiliates) and/or Toyota Financial Services and/or Volkswagen Financial Services, your vehicle will be auto uploaded into the nav»Car. If it is your first time or recently purchased a new car, accept the terms of use and view your vehicle in ‘My Garage’.
• If your vehicle is not financed through WesBank (and affiliates) and/or Toyota Financial Services and/or Volkswagen Financial Services, you will have to access nav»Car, accept the terms of use and load your car manually under ‘My Garage’.
• You will only need to accept the nav»Car terms of use once, even if you purchase a new car, you will not need to accept the terms of use again but you are required to view your new vehicle in ‘My Garage’.

Did you add your car to the navigate, car section?

Golly I had no idea whatsoever that was needed, and I’ve read all over the place! I’ve now added 2 cars to my Nav Vehicle section, is that all that’s needed?

And also to be clear - rewards only happen at the end of each quarter (Jul-Sep in this case) , we need to do 100% of fuel spend at Engen, and my wife’s secondary premier card on the same account will also earn?

Clicks petrol earn is positively useless, you earn at approximately 0.6%. You get 1 Clicks point per litre and 10 points = R1, so I don't bother with it.

To illustrate if you spent R10,000 on fuel all you'd get is R60 back in Clicks points.

OK so I took the fusion bundle and said they can set overdraft at R1000..however I see there is no overdraft.. Does it take a while to update?

Yeah I give the points to my kids who shop at clicks.. As long as I get the ebucks rewards I'm happy

I did well last month but I'm not sure if that's including the Clicks triple earn, it appears I earned as Gold, it says "FNB Gold eBucks Rewards - Jul-2021" in the eBucks transaction field.

I would also like to know.. I doubt it includes the double allocation for clicks.. Remember one alocation will already be included in that amount.. Other two should be allocated next week as per last month

Rewards for fuel spend is monthly.
For monthly earn your vehicles must be loaded on Nav-car.
If your wife has a secondary card it also counts towards the earn.

Double-up rewards for fuel spend is quarterly.

For double-up earn you need meet the following 3 requirements:
- Vehicles load on Nav-car
- At least one vehicle financed with WesBank (and affiliates) and/or Toyota Financial Services and/or Volkswagen Financial Services
- All your fuel spend only at Engen

I upgraded to Premier on the 1st July and my ebucks allocation is correct, but it is based on Premier, not Gold. This worked because I was level 5 on the old Premier rules by about the 20th June and again on the 6th July.

I was able to check on the App. eBucks > Earn more eBucks, this showed me the breakdown for the June allocation
