I also got the additional allocation.
My allocation amount is eB 2130 which is the difference on the calc and allocated previously.

Also, does the extra R2 per litre only apply to virtual card spend at Engen or do you only have to use it for an online transaction during the month to qualify?

Just a quick question cause I reckon I might get the answer here before the eBucks team responds. Below is my earn for petrol in September.

On what fuel price is this based? I've understood it to be the inland price of 95 unleaded, but when I calculate it by using R2908.32/R22.36 I get 130 litres.

That should work out to an earn of R520 instead of R340.

It shows you the amount per litre they used.

Yes you sell the ebucks for cash then you can use it anywhere.

Same. Noticed I am on level 4 this month and it counted just 3 online services used despite my using 4. I used the chat feature to report it to them. They said they’ll look into it in 3 - 5 working days.

I also got screwed. Complained about it. They haven't resolved it yet. Also similar issue with the digital banking criteria not accurate. Fnb app transactions wasn't recorded correctly.

I've always understood a fixed deposit as a fixed amount for a fixed period of time ie no additions or withdrawals.
But I'm no expert so hopefully someone else will confirm

Weekends usually come with maintenance that disable certain stuff on the app. Try again on Monday. I'm pretty sure you should be able to increase it when you want (not 100% sure though)
