My apologies for cross-messaging, but can somebody tell me the exact period when one collects points & rewards per month, i.e. the commencement & cut-off date for collecting rewards on expenses and reward points?
1. I noticed that some of my fuel expenses from the 28th of the month were captured on the ebucks account for the following month which resulted in exceeding the fuel expense threshold and not earning the fuel ebucks.
2. The same happened with the reward points whereas they didn't allocate the FNB pay points in the month when I used the FNB pay option.
Does anybody have an email address for the ebucks customer service so that I can complain about it and find out about their cut-off dates?

Sorry if this issue has been addressed before. Do municipal account payments at Checkers still qualify for eBucks? I recall reading utility and DSTv payments do not qualify.

You have to use the voucher before midnight the next day. If you redeemed today, you'll have to use it before midnight tomorrow.

There is a separate thread for voucher requests, but I can't seem to find it right now.

Yes, mine from September came through. It took ages to reflect, but they did eventually.

yes it does, only at the normal till with other groceries to be safe.
