My apologies for cross-messaging, but can somebody tell me the exact period when one collects points & rewards per month, i.e. the commencement & cut-off date for collecting rewards on expenses and reward points?
1. I noticed that some of my fuel expenses from the 28th of the month were captured on the ebucks account for the following month which resulted in exceeding the fuel expense threshold and not earning the fuel ebucks.
2. The same happened with the reward points whereas they didn't allocate the FNB pay points in the month when I used the FNB pay option.
Does anybody have an email address for the ebucks customer service so that I can complain about it and find out about their cut-off dates?
It counts when it clears. Simple as that.

If I had to have my salary paid into another account and then do a payment each month to my FNB cheque accounts, would that then qualify as a to meet the below rule as this does not stipulate that it must be a salary payment?

Remind me please, can I take a guest into the domestic Slow Lounge with me and have it come off my allocation?

Learned an expensive "don't use Bidvest lounge no more" lesson this past week. Including spouse. Never had such an expensive sparkling water for 15 mins before a flight...

Those are only on the international side though as I recall?

It’s been a while.

But also they bill you and then rebate it later, so isn’t that maybe what you are seeing?

What qualifies as a debit transaction again?

Taken from the T&C's section of Premier but I think they are all the same?

1. Qualifying debit transactions

  • Qualifying debit transactions include cash withdrawals at ATM, Branch or Cash@Till™, cardless cash withdrawals, Debit card purchases, electronic and manual payments, eWallet and Money Transfer, internal and external debit orders, prepaid purchases (airtime, electricity and pay TV license) and LOTTO/Powerball purchases.
  • Qualifying debit transactions exclude account fees and interest charges, ATM, Branch and eChannel transfers, Bank Your Change™ transfers, cash deposits at Branch and ATM and convenience and value-added services (electronic subscription services, balance alerts, payment notifications, card courier fee, Pay and Clear Now)

All domestic.

Used SLOW on departing flights with the R250 credits and debits cearly showing by the next day.
Slow was full on the way back so we went to Bidvest where I asked the lady behind the counter if all OK for FNB/RMB upon which she smiled with a 'yes certainly'. So in we went and 2 days later I have 2 x R250 charged with no credits back...

It hurts.

Oh right yeah it doesn’t work like that, must be the FNB branded ones domestically.

Hi everyone. I bought electricity on Clicks app, funds went off but nothing arrived in my email nor shows in the transaction history. How have you solved this problem in the past? Thanks
