Thanks for this info. Just only realised now I had a payment that failed in August and then yesterday. Both payments were remade, but I never got refunded. I'm due a nice refund.Happened to me twice before.

Basically payment was successful to clicks but transaction failed to municipality due to technical error.
They'll give you 3 options for them to make payment to municipality, refund to you bank account and cash back loaded on your clicks card.
If you want the ebucks to be allocated to you, you will need to make the payment again yourself via the clicks website and ask Clicks for a refund however this does take up to 14 business days whereas clicks can make the payment directly but then won't get ebucks as it is not done via "your profile"
