Thanks I’m assuming “debit card purchases” refers to anything bought using your Cheque card and not your credit card?

Good question, I do not know I never worry about card swipes counting as I have plenty of other debit transactions that qualify.

When do they do a 'snapshot of things like credit rating ?

If I track my rewards / current reward level - I'm 500 points from level 5.

But I see 0 points issued for things like :

Smart Monthly Budget (I'm pretty sure I've done this already!)
Credit Status

Just need to complain a little. Checked my level and for the first time I have dropped to a 10% reward. Went through the app to see where I can make changes and its way, way too complicated. I'm quite sad about this.
