Query this and let us know.Yep. I never got for my muni bill at Clicks either.
Same with another bill I paid in the ASAP app. Never showed up in some so no reward.
Query this and let us know.
I too want to know - my bill payment via the new ASAP app wasn't counted for any PnP spend (I know that technically it shouldn't, but there shouldn't be any way to tell from the transaction itself). Transaction description was "Pick n Pay Mobile...".Yeah, will do. What’s the best channel to query?

Just to get this straight, we want him to complain that he got exactly what he was entitled to and did not receive earn for transactions that are clearly excluded in the T&C?Complaints. I prefer to log a complaint via email. They then call back. Just state your case clearly.
Yes, ASAP spend is considered first before in-store.I capped ASAP early last month before any PnP in store spend.
I got the full R900 in eBucks for ASAP and none for in store spend. So looks like you want to cap ASAP first.
On Premier.

Bill payment don't officially get ebucks. Only result is everyone losing out when attention is drawn to it.

I bought prepaid electricity on the clicks website on the 21st and got the allocation for clicks. Maybe that still works? It seems like PnP and Clicks closed the bill payments loophole around the 15th of last month. Seems like people that paid before then received their allocations. I never received for my 2 ASAP payments and short some Clicks spend, all these transactions were after the 15th
