Not sure if this is news or not, the 2 lives behaves interestingly, managed to get level 5 two months after not doing so for 2 years, happy to be doing this again. Thought instant payments has been down the last 3 weeks

Hi everyone, is anyone else having issues using their Virtual card at Engen? I fill up monthly and last month when I tapped it at Engen, it got declined. Tried the same thing today (the poor attendant was kind enough to try 4 times) and it got declined again .
I had to use my physical card
However, I don't have any issues when using the VC at Checkers and the rest.
Please help.

I used Google pay and it has been working fine for me.

Move on over to Apple Pay. I've yet to have a decline in over a year and a half where it wasn't the card machine's fault.

Use the ENGEN One app, or have it as a backup, it also auto "swipes" your clicks card.

I have used the Engen One app a few years ago and it was a pain to use at the pump. Is it still the case?
