Anyone ever had any luck with secure chat? They always need to transfer you and then you just get cut off.
Its a complete waste of time now.
Used to work well when they launched it

Lol great idea. What about having a Premier account, with a PC credit card? do they take the high product's benefit allocations?Does anyone know if it’s possible to upgrade from Premier to Private Clients to take advantage of a larger eBucks annual discount cap, and then downgrade again thereafter? What sort of complexities might have to be considered?
Agree. If you do get through, they are not very helpful as well. I suspect very inexperienced.Anyone ever had any luck with secure chat? They always need to transfer you and then you just get cut off.
You can also pay MTN contracts with easypay at CheckersYes, you can pay Easypay bills at Checkers. Remember to buy a chocolate as well. Provide them with the Easypay number and they'll ask for your initials and phone number and then put it through.

Luckily this is wrong. Never lost my courses and can get 6 more for just R250. Win win. Credit where credit is due. Thanks FNB.
How come your MTN contract payment does not go off via debit order? Mine does from the first month. Can one stop the debit orders and make manual payment monthly? You can also pay MTN contracts with easypay at Checkers

Ok thanks for the infoVisit any mtn store and ask them to change payment method from debitorder to cash.
If there is no Easypay or Pay@ number on the bill, you can't use the Pay Bills option. I am paying two municipal accounts but I don't know what else can be paid with this on a monthly basis. Also take note that the new rules don't require two payments, only one above R1000 (on PC for maximum points).Hi All
I need to start doing the 2 x "Pay Bills" transactions to obtain enough pts to stay on level 5. I'm thinking I can use my rates and taxes and dstv payments for this. I see my rates and taxes has an easypay ref nr so that's simple enough but can anyone explain how I could go about making the dstv account payment? I can't find an easypay or @Pay ref nr anywhere for them... is it just my acc nr?
Any advise on obtaining the pts for the 2 x bill payments will be greatly appreciated

Can I please get some clarity on this "device ebucks" deal? Will the new rules from July 1st for the ebucks returns on devices count on these directly from the istore as well? so for Premier, capped at 2000eB....So works out on R770 when the ebucks are deducted, and a total of R28 490, which nullifies the interest on the device and would be a pretty nice deal. If this is valid.

depends on amount and spend patterns etc - both earn 15% at l5 - Clicks R2k cap - Checkers R3k - {or 20% monthly spend} - clicks online easiest option for easypay bills for me personally.Would paying Easypay bills (municipal accounts for me) at Checkers be the most optimal way (Ebucks wise) to pay or would there be any benefit of paying via Clicks for instance or any other method?
