TO ALL THE 4Mbps lucky users

Hi guys,
Can you please state here how much download you managed to download on you 4Mbps so far? If this is an experiment, is Telkom still capping after 3 gig's. If not, is Telkom not discriminating over other users by capping them when they reach 3 GIGs?

There is always an hidden agenda somewhere within Telkom's suspicious offerings.

The other ISPs are smiling with this telkom change. They will gladly have you run on a 4mbs line and charge you for extra usage. And I can see the uncapped guys cutting people off for 'abuse' .... this is gonne get ugly

I should have never applied for 1024......To me its even worse than the 512 i had...With the 512 i downloaded at 60KB/s....with 1024 i download 74KB/sec ( average ), where i should have at least had 100-120KB/s
If it carries on like this, im ending my subscription very soon....Ill give it another week...
( I have to admit im talking Internationaly here...)

YEA I GET 52 KB WITH 512 i used to get 42 on my 384 line

robin hood if you are not using a download manager then dont expect good speeds. If you are then somethings wrong

If it carries on like this, im ending my subscription very soon....Ill give it another week...

Well whaddya know....I gave myself 16 threads in the download manager, and now its moving like hell......Im still working on a patch for IE to open pages quicker....

Thats crazy....im sorry there should be a limit! 15 gigs should be the most.im too scared to abuse it.for the 1st 4 days of the month ive only download 300 meg ive had to restrain myself
