Yup. That's correct. No username or password required if you're on openweb.

This thread should be shot dead, deleted, erased, just adds more people to the lovely degrading speed of the IS news server. And i posted twice on how to download with the news server, im sorry :(

Well its going to get worse unless IS does something and shutting down this thread isnt going to solve anything - every subscriber has the same right to access the server as anyone else.

Be thankful its not been sticky'ed

I Agree with bwanna. IS should pull up their "sokkies" and fix the darn servers!!!

I am having trouble connecting to the IS news server, I am using an IS openweb account. Do I need to set something up on my router?

I'm also a COMPLETE newbie at this, just got an IS account 3 days ago. So happy there are people out there (like yourselves) who could help me out! :D
