I'd say no. When I got my Speedstick in December I got incredible speeds but about two months later the disconnects started and the speeds plummeted. Here are my latest SpeedTest results : http://www.speedtest.net/result/1276560984.png
The first time I complained the CellC rep had a technician out here pronto and speeds were back up for about a week and then they got worse than ever. Now I've complained on the forum again and CellC asked for my details which I sent again and I've received no word back from them. You also only have to look at the amount of negative threads that get locked on a daily basis and hidden away in various threads. It's a great PR move getting MyBB to moderate threads this heavily because otherwise the CellC forum would end up looking like the Neotel forum. The general experience really is that bad.
