I know there are a lot of Sinners out there and I am looking at what your secondary profession and what builds you are using.

I did the monk 2nd job sidequests last night and it could work as a 2nd job but beyond the healing spells, are there other skills that could make it worthwhile as a 2nd job for a Sin?

I am currently busy with the mesmer 2nd job sidequests and there seems to be synergy between the skills of the sin and the spells used.

A/Me do indeed go very well together.

I found A/W fun with the Elite skill called "Coward!" You shadow step in, let off your attack chain then when they try to run away you hit Coward! which knocks them down.

OCU told me that he has rediscovered the wonders of Sin. :D

And my dervish was fun, but sin is more exciting :D I created a sin last night and chose A/W for the adrenaline shouts/stances

Sin/derv also works very nice with a scythe :)

Sin/rit for splinter weapon with death blossom is a mob killer build from heaven :D

Sinning is bad!!! :p

lol ... tried sin myself ... just couldn't quite get the hang of it. It's funny that the only melee type I've ever been comfy with is the derv

Everyone should have a sin at one point or another :p

The secondary very much depends on what you are doing and your purpose.

I use /W as secondary mostly in PvP for increased attack speed or even specific skills like Coward which has no attribute investment.
/E is also for PvP or just added damage through your attacks with conjure or the classic ShadowForm build with ele skills for damage.
/Mo is mostly used for also increasing your damage through smiting prayers and also for healing yourself through healing breeze or restful breeze.
/Me is nice to use too, nothing comes to mind atm, but there is a nice epidemic skill for spreading conditions in group.
/N is sometimes used for nice gimmick builds and making sure targets cannot evade, rigorrrrrrrrr!
/D is used for using scythe attacks with a scythe ofc, not daggers, and making use of your critical strikes attribute.
/Rt is used for healing and increasing your damage output.
/R is generally used for a crit barrager, attacking with a bow. Very Nice!
/P is not really used much except for some gimmick skills, like para shouts, anti-touch skills ("Can't touch This! da da da da), etc.

Go on and SIN! :)

Last night I played some AB with my Ele/sin , and was owned by a sin/mesmer, with that quick combo attack and backfire, the sin killed me from full health in 2 seconds, partly me blowing myself up with backfire, so far that is the worst oponent i have faced

Yeah ... any good sin will pwn an ele with interrupt skills in the matter of a few seconds - I hate going up against them.

that makes me think that I should give a bit more attention to my sin, and start getting some good skills, wonder how a sin/warrior with anti-melee and interupt will work, got a lot of exploring to do to find the skills i need :D
