My upstream seems to be capped at less the 20Kbps, more like 15Kbps, so it gets saturated really easily therebye choking the connection.

It's really a problem for P2P type apps, I've already tried prioritising ACKs but there's so little upstream that it doesn't really seem to help. Spoke to Sentech support today, showed 'em a few screen gabs with net graphs and they admitted that it's not normal and that I should be getting half my 256Kps on the upstream. Ticket sent to second level support as usual.

ANOTHER ticket and nothing will be done, dont hold your breath but yea another one of their tactics, upstream is pathetic

Here's how to fix your internet connection:
1. Phone Sentech
2. Demand to cancel
3. Phone telkom/Wait for iburst
4. Get iburst/HomeDSL 384.

There is no hope for these idiots.. sorry.
