Could have told these executives exactly the same thing 30 years ago. What I do find amazing though is that things took so long to get to this point. It is game over for SA and there is no turning around or stopping the decline.

The unemployed can look forward to UBI, NHI and a plot of land. Being dependent on the state is a socialist utopia. This is what "our people" vote for.

they needed a PHD when anybody with 2 braincells to rub together could have told you that 20 years ago, when you handed them a Country and said have fun.

Execs was also complicit in allowing BEE to be introduced.

Had they fought back at the beginning... but nope, they caved.
And be branded racists which is what the powers that be wouldve done.

They didn't have a choice from a company mandate perspective.

I actually foresee what happened in Afghanistan with people desperately clinging to airplanes and mobbing the airport, to get out of South africanstan, very soon.
