The Department of Co-Operative and Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), has gazetted the new upper limits of total remuneration packages payable to municipal managers.

worthless degrees made by worthless degree mills, but if you the right kind of cadre, and you have "struggle credentials"

so how do you explain the SARS IT head? that cant even answer a simple question of are you a woman?

very clearly that person didn't even finish primary school, yet got to be the head of SARS IT department, a very important and critical role.
