Haven't seen a thread yet for this so here we go.

Less than a week to go. Can't wait.

First bit of news.

Four-time Tour de France winner Chris Froome has been cleared of any wrongdoing in the case of his adverse analytical finding (AAF) for salbutamol.

The case has been ongoing since last September, when Froome returned a urine sample during the Vuelta a Espana for twice the permitted level of salbutamol, but readings were consistent with a permissible dose.

The presidents of both the International Cycling Union (UCI) and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) agreed on Saturday, June 23 that the Team Sky rider had no case to answer.

The decision comes just days before the start of the Tour de France, in which Froome is now free to compete.

I wanted to say, what kind of discussion can take place regarding cycling.

Actually a lot, but year after year of doping scandals has killed it for me. In the past I could have killed a thread on discussing anything cycling related.
