Tower Locations and Improving Signal Strength

What model modem do you have?

I have HUAWEI E353 modem. I should get Vodacom, as their map shows a 3G reception "Capsule" area around the house. I don't know which tower it's "bleeding" from. I see Vodacom have a good promotion on 3GB package now. I wonder till
when I can get this?
