Toyota FJ in SA?

I saw an FJ cruising around Cape Town yesterday. I didn't get a chance to see if it had local plates though.

Does anyone know if the FJ's are available in South Africa?

Offtopic - I bought my last Toyota in 2006 and from now on, I'll be going to different makes. Toyota has always had a 'fun' car to drive (albeit they don't look fantastic) from the late 80's to mid-2000's with their RSI models.

Now before you all jump down my throat I don't mean super quick, turbo'd with nitrous, M3 blowing material - but fun to drive and rev nevertheless.

They've had *nothing* since 2007 and don't intend anymore 'fun' cars :/

Botswana - OK they are imported from Japan - shipped to Durban where they are ferried to Botswana

Japanese vehicle except for sale in SA,otherwise it will kill the 2nd hand and new market with their cheap prices :-(
