Trace Route - Why wont it work

Does anyone know why I would be having trouble with a tracert command, it dosnt seem to work through my connection. Would this be something blocked by your ISP, seems like it.

SAIX blocks ICMP over a certain size... Windows traceroute generates ICMP packets which is bigger than the limit, and hence saix blocks it.
