Article does not mention where. Can I do this at a Samsung store and get the discount immediately? Or is it only online? So I have to fork out the R20k for a Flip4, and then hope and pray I get the R10k back later?

Edit: I see their website states "Discover Samsung Trade In offers at these network operators and retailers," and lists Incredible Connection.
Has anyone made use of them?
